Speaker Presentation Guidelines

Technical specifications, time allocations, and formatting instructions for presenters.

1. Presentation Time Allocations

Plenary Lectures: 45–50 minutes (including 10 minutes audience Q&A).
Keynote Addresses: 30–35 minutes (including 5 minutes Q&A).
Featured Oral Papers: 20–25 minutes (including 5 minutes Q&A).
Poster Presentations: 10–15 minutes interactive discussion with the judging panel.

2. Audio-Visual (AV) Technical Specifications

Slide Aspect Ratio: 16:9 widescreen format.
Supported Software: Microsoft PowerPoint (PPTX), Apple Keynote, and Adobe Acrobat (PDF).
Media Upload: Presenters must submit their final slide deck at the Speaker Ready Room at least 2 hours before their session.

3. Poster Dimensions

Standard display boards accommodate portrait orientation (1m x 1.5m / A0 size). Pins and Velcro mounting tape are supplied at the registration desk.
