Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Standard Refund Schedule

Due to contractual commitments with convention venues, audio-visual technical contractors, and journal publishers, registration refunds are governed by the following deadlines:

• Notice > 60 Days Prior to Summit: 75% refund of the net registration fee (less administrative bank processing fees).
• Notice 60 to 30 Days Prior: 25% refund of the net registration fee.
• Notice < 30 Days Prior: Strictly non-refundable due to finalized printing and venue catering guarantees.

2. Official Visa Rejection Protection

If a registered author or delegate is unable to attend due to a formal governmental visa refusal, 100% of the paid registration fee can be transferred to any upcoming TGC congress within the subsequent 12 months, or transferred directly to a virtual interactive presentation pass.

3. Delegate Substitution Policy

If a registered scholar cannot participate, a qualified colleague or co-author may attend in their place at no additional fee. Please notify the Secretariat Desk at least 15 days prior to the start date.
